My son and I built to deck platforms for my wife yesterday in the pouring rain. Got it done and squared up pretty nicely. Just need to put the decking on the first platform and the joists on the second and get the decking on it. Need to add some stairs word.

I’m really impressed with these new guys. Jax just overcame a lot with his opponent in the finals. That guy did not give up and Jaz didn’t give up more than that. Our whole team did really well this year. US tied with Iran for 1st place as a team so far. We should be in good hands come 2028 between these U23 guys and our senior guys word.

Our tomatoes were overgrown and as a result we were not able to get at a lot of them. Deer finally broke through the fence and ate up the fruit, not the plants. So far have stayed away from the peppers word!!

We should be getting over an inch of rain by the weekend. A day ago they said 1.25 inches just on Sunday. Now it is less than that. Now it is 1.25 inches from Sat to Sunday. The lawn could sure use it. Our grass gets brown during the summer but is green all throughout the winter. Lack of rainfall in the summer is what happens here.…[Read more]
