60’s and nosing about 70 all next week.

90 % eclipse here. It got s little darker and had an eerie sense about it. Clouds rolled in about 5 minutes after peak. The brightness of the sun overshadowed the moon’s visibility even when it covered 90% of the sun. Turned out to be a nothing burger.

Son was in upstate NY. It got quite dark up there just as expected.

2nd valve replacement under the carriage worked.

4 days 4″ of rain, nothing heavy just constant. Finally, a sunny morning with 60’s coming next week.

It’s amazing how they easily find ways to hide fittings with common failure rates. I threw a code for an emissions valve. It was a simple replacement on top and alongside the valve cover. Easter was at no. 2 son’s place. Our family and daughter in law’s family 30 total. Lucked out with low 60s so all were mostly outside. The kids had a blast with the Easter bunny making an appearance.

Creeping up to the 60’s, but a little too slow getting there.

4 x 2 AA and he wrestled the same in every bout, wrestling not to lose and not to win.

Typical NCAA championship. I don’t think anyone expected Penn State to score more than double the team points of No. 2.
Best bout was Carr and Mesenbrink. Brooks is a monster. He’s going to give Snyder more than he’s seen in a long time.
I would pay to see Brooks and Kerkvliet go at it. I’m fairly certain Brooks would handle him fairly easily.

77 F high last week. 28 F low this AM. Sleeper sofa arrived. Would have blocked that heat duct if I didn’t mover it. Good thing I did move it. Ordered the last two windows last night. I held off as I didn’t want to freeze the house with 2 gaping holes in the middle of winter.

Kinda like selling your favorite car. Spring is here, but its winter weather, sans snow.

Wifey’s birthday yesterday. The kids opted to host a party at an arcade museum, 100+ vintage pinball and arcade games, They have over 600 in inventory and rotate the games every 6 months. Those guessers predicted rain and mid 50’s. It was the best day so far, sunny and 75. Finally got around to cleaning up the leaves that blew in over the winter.

Rip You’ll know you have a straight board. I hate it when boards warp.

Crazy weather. Went to see the new granddaughter. When I left at 3 it was 77F at her place; Got home 1 hour later and it was 56F. I was watching the temp drop on my car screen Every two to three minutes it would drop a degree.

3 days in the 70’s ahead. Closed up the new vent, spackled, painted, ,,, done with it.

Wind howled through the night and most of the day. My weather station registered chronic gusts over 40 MPH and a few pushing 55. It was 55F but couldn’t do anything outdoors due to the wind.

1 day into DST and feeling better already

2 days and still working on moving the HVAC duct. Tear out was a nightmare as the ran inside the floor joists and over the large return duct. Apparently that duct was installed before the return since it was strapped up and had a joint above the return.

Wifey decided she wants to change the location for the bed in that last room I finished.
