Training two new guys and a grandson is pretty good work if you can get it! Got my GFCI outlet finally installed after I finally figured out why it was not working. So that is a good thing word!

I have been napping a lot. Between training two new guys at work, 1 new grandson and 3 new grands on the way, grandma keeps me running.

Basically, the same here, kids fund their own trip. They’ll do a fund raiser and the businesses in town make sure they have enough cash to go. Most of the families go, so they just need to raise cash for airfare, some meals and the costs for the coaches.

I’m glad she is having a good time with that. I can’t see it but lots do and that good. We had a cheer squad here in the area that won states and qualified for nationals 2 years in a row. Been out for a week sick. My wife’s sister and her husband are visiting and it has been a nice visit word.

Ordinarily this would be the week for my final cut, but due to the mild weather zi suspect that may not happen until December. Cleaned the leaves off the front yard, Backyard goes down tomorrow. I’ll have another go at it in a few weeks since there is still plenty hanging around.

We just gave our lawn its final hair cut and sucked up all the leaves yesterday. Getting ready for winter. I just need to go and prune the apple trees. I don’t know how so it has never worked out well word.

3 days in the low 80’s gone with the wind. The leaves are piling up and was going to start the rake out but it’s too windy and just blows them off my tarp. All’s quiet out here. The only complaints I hear about the election are from the news people.

Been sick the last few days. Taking a day off today as well. Crazy that the weather here is cool but nice. Sunny so I need to get lawn mowed today on my riding mower. Probably should pick habaneros that are turning orange. Things are going ok here, not a lot of weird news about riots after the election word.

A lot of teams are opening their wrestling schedule late this year. Rutgers and Michigan open this weekend. Penn State doesn’t until the 16th. Rutgers has only 12 duals and the Midlands this year. That’s an extremely light schedule compared to prior years. And no west coast road trip. Usually they’ll go to Cali or Oregon State.

Got home yesterday after 3 days with 3 GKs, Absolutely beat, slept 9 hours which is long for me since my usual best is 6 hours, typically 5.5. Don’t know how we did it raising 3.

We put up a pop up tent cover on our deck, thinking it would keep us dry during the winter and we might enjoy being outside. Well, the rain has collapsed the tent covering continually. Popped 84 yesterday. 65 this AM. No. 1 son and his wife are splitting out for an anniversary weekend so we’ve got the 3 kiddies for the next 3 days. Dropping them off here for 2 days then we’ll driver then back north Sunday afternoon. Fall sports are over Winter sports have begun. It’s their first weekend off since mid August.

Rain all weekend last weekend, Monday, Wed (today), and Friday. Highs in the 50s next 10 days. Lows in the 40s next 10 days. Our habaneros are turning from green to orange now so we need to keep watch for a freeze word.
