Great day yesterday at the Dance. There was not a lot of intrigue. Most of the top 4 seeds are in the quarters. There are a few surprises in the quarters, in fact, most of the top 8 seeds are in the quarters.

Some of the matches did not have the outcome I had hoped for. Still been fun to watch.

March 19, 2023 at 8:25 pm #1251ACGunsParticipantGoooooooooooooood evening RYou and everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There was some great wrestling. Vito deserved OW. That was awesome. Loved O’Toole as well.
Have a great night word!March 20, 2023 at 8:33 am #1252RYouParticipantVA certainly earned the OW, taking out Fix and RBY.
It hasn’t seen much ink and is hard to find if you look for it, but Wyatt Hendrickson, Air Force took home the Gorriaran Award for most pins as well as the Div I Most Dominant Wrestler award with 16 pins.
Round of 16 – 1:54 over Trevor Tinker, Cal Poly
Consolation Semi – 3:56 over Lucas Davison, Northwestern
Consolation Final – 4:16 over Tony Cassioppi, IowaLooks like 5 possibilities for the Hodge Trophy. I’m guessing Mason Parris
Parris, Michigan 33-0
Glory, Princeton 25-0
Staracci, Penn State 25-0
O’Connor, UNC 23-0
Bonaccorsi, Pitt 21-0March 20, 2023 at 1:28 pm #1253mspartParticipantYes, The Big Dance started out quiet but the semi’s and finals exploded. Vito was absolutely incredible making RBY look almost like a rookie. And Lee getting pinned!! Wow!! Word

Probably going to attend next year in KC. Hope they make some changes to the review process. It shouldn’t take eight minutes to figure out if Alirez had a 2 count or 4 count near fall. And stop calling it swipes.
Have a terrific day word!March 21, 2023 at 6:36 am #1255RYouParticipantThe first day of spring slipped in yesterday. Daffodils bloomed a month early. Maples are popping leaves already.
March 21, 2023 at 12:43 pm #1256mspartParticipantYou wouldn’t know it is spring here. Overcast and wet word.

Mother Nature can’t make up her mind. Temps up and down, rain or snow chances.
Have a wonderful day word!March 22, 2023 at 11:54 am #1258mspartParticipantWell, the hot tub was leaking. So I had a guy fix that a few years ago, but the cover was torn by the dogs so it was filling up. We finally got a new cover, cleaned out the tub, filled with water and clorine, and it has been running for quite some time. Problem is it is very slow to climb in temp. It is climbing but very slowly, much slower than before. So now I am getting a new volt meter with a hook that can tell how many amps are going through the wire. As soon as it gets here, I’m checking to see what is going on. Many years ago something acted up, I traced it to the control card relays and I replaced those. It has been working great ever since. I’m wondering if one of those went bad again word.

Go buy a new one.
Have a great day word!March 23, 2023 at 7:28 am #1261RYouParticipantBeen in the 60’s the past couple of days. Same today but with rain. Lounging is a hot tub while it rains can be fun.
March 23, 2023 at 12:29 pm #1262mspartParticipantGot my new ammeter and it works great. Unfortunately no closer to finding out what is going on.
On another note, by son broke my riding lawnmower. It starts but doesn’t move. It appears to me that the drive belt is binding and not freely moving. So hopefully it is just a belt issue. Otherwise a new tractor may be in order. That’s too much money to be spending word.
