I would have to blow a weeks worth of vacation to get Xmas off. We had a lot of contracts that renewed 1/1 so I’d end up working part of the week anyway. We always tried to have those contracts renewed by the first week of the month, but some of the clients wouldn’t give us the attention to get it finalized early. I know a few CFOs did it intentionally just aggravate us because they couldn’t take the last week off.

Yep froze last night. A little snow/hail on the ground. Salting was a success so all is well. Low tonight will be in 40s then it dives again. Not too far below freezing but enough to get the salting going word.

Was supposed to go 64 today. It didn’t. A mere 54. Tomorrow to be 64 but rain. Thursday, we drop back into thr 30’s.

Went to granddaughter’s state gymnastics meet. She did great. 2nd on floor. 3rd on beam. 4th on bars 5th on vault and 4th in all around. 110 – 9 year old girls over 5 flights. Fortunately, she was in flight 4 so we only had to wait 2.5 more hours to hear the awards. 1st flight was at 8 AM and awards were at 6:30. That was our first big win, not having to be there before 8 ten hang out until 6:30.

That’s pretty cool RYou. Congrats to your Grandaughter. Mine is 4 and she is in dance. She is going to be one of the poppies in their rendition of Wizard of Oz. I assume the older kids will be something other than poppies. And we have to buy tickets to go see this. Last time we went to her dance thing, she was all over the place. Perhaps she has matured a little and can do what she is asked. I wish I could post the video from that. There was a little boy who was totally doing his own thing. He was hilarious. Free spirit there word.

Beautiful day rolled in blue skies, 66F and no wind. Collected some leaves.

Got a little bit of snow last night. Amazingly, the school district is on regular schedule. Usually they, at the very least, go for a 2 hour delay out of an abundance of caution word.

It snowed last night. Huge flakes. Very wet and heavy. Schools on 2 hour late schedule. Roads generally pretty good. My normal route was blocked by police due to something. Could have been a tree or a car crash. So I went to work via another route. I even almost got to park close. Lot was full word.
