It was one crazy Christmas Eve with all 10 grandkids in the house, but no food fights.

My son and his GF and her mother came for a visit. We went to Leavenworth WA and it snowed on the way in and on the way out. No chains needed going in, way necessary coming home. Ice and snow overnight. Falling temps, supposed to be -10 by noon with wind chill to -40. Not mowing the yard today.

2 days of rain ahead and the snow is skirting by to the west. I’ll take rain over snow anyday.

My bathroom work consisted of folding towels and putting them away.

Finished bath #2 yesterday. Had to move the water valve which was too close to the bowl and added a day to the load. Just have the trim moldings and #1 will be finished. You all have a great day. It is just cold here. We are planning a short roadtrip and it will snow the day we leave and the day we get back. We have to traverse 2 mountain passes going one direction or one mountain pass going the other direction. Having to look real hard at weather reports and hope they get those right word.

No weddings expected for a long long time.

2″ rain nonstop for 24 hours. Idiots at NJDOT sprayed brine on the roads for icing. It’s been high 40’s and the rain washed it away.
