Don’t climb out of the negative until Christmas Day. At least the house is much tighter than the old one.
Have a phenomenal day word!My son and his GF and her mother came for a visit. We went to Leavenworth WA and it snowed on the way in and on the way out. No chains needed going in, way necessary coming home. A chain flew off my car which has slick tires (ZR). We slid across the road and luckily didn’t hit anything. Very scary. We made it through Stevens Pass just before they shut it down. Today they are leaving and last night it did the old freezing rain deal. So airport has been closed, flights are cancelled. Theirs is later today, but there is no way we can get out of our driveway. And if we did, then we wouldn’t get off the hill, and then all the main roads are covered in ice. Bad day to be flying out of Seattle word.

5F this Am with a -21F windchill. We haven’t that kind cold around here in 40 years. It’s rarity for January.

5F here as well, wind chill -14. Little warmup earlier than expected. Roads not terrible but not great. Farther north several roads closed. Stay safe out there.
