Rained all weekend. But did get new doors trimmed and some of the floor trim fixed up in between rain sessions word.

AC, you ask a good question. We hid the candy there so he wouldn’t get into it. Maybe it was Halloween or Easter or something but that was the why. He could sniff it out. He was amazing with his nose word.

My son could smell a candy bar at the top of our closet. He did it more than once. That was the best sense of smell I have ever witnessed word.

16″ trout is a trophy. Bluegills are fun to catch as well. I did something I think you guys didn’t. On Saturday, my wife took out the composting toilet she has for the preschool. When we lived in MN, we had a hornet nest in the basement. The hole was right by the door. My son would sit down right where they would come out and just swat them. He was unafraid. They never stung him so he must have gotten them all as they came out or went in word.

Grubs!!! I haven’t seen grubs since I grew up in Alabama. Dang Japanese Beetle larvae word.
