I did similar in English classes in HS and college. Better do a rough draft because we can tell. So a few drafts and then final. B grade. Next assignment less drafts and final. B grade. Next assignment a draft and final. B grade. Next assignment final only. B grade. Yep I was pegged as a B student.

I also learned that if I read the first few chapters of a book, then every other chapter of a book, until the last few chapters and read those, I could write a B grade book report. Probably should have read those books but I hated reading that crap and trying to find what the author was trying to say. WORD.

Sent the progress reports. Manager called again and wanted to know why the report shows zero percent complete. I said again that the project is scheduled to begin in 2025. Then he asked why it is on the list to be done. Told him I will check on it and let him know what I find. Maybe I can find something in the next year and a half.

Just found out New York offers grants of up to $125,000 to build a tiny house on your land, including vacant land. Income and permit requirements are the only restrictions. They don’t up your property taxes either. Cali and Vermont have similar grants.
