<p>I get to spray the grass for moss today.   Moss grows rampantly around here.   It&#8217;s green so from a distance the lawn looks ok but there is moss everywhere.   We&#8217;ll attempt to get rid of it and get the grass growing.  I get to do that after work.  </p>

They have CPAs (actually our CPA coincidentally) and access to lawyers etc.  I gave them our numbers and financial situation and they made me feel quite optimistic about retiring fairly soon. It is just south of the border from Walla Walla.   I&#8217;ve been there and they are isolated from the rest of Oregon for sure.  </p>

My wife suggested we unplug those and see if the motion lights work.   So I did, and the motion lights came on. Unfortunately, I installed it too low and the door can&#8217;t close.   So I have to fix that.   Additionally, the new ones don&#8217;t work.   So waste of a Saturday.  </p>

Sometimes it get clogged due to the amount of water rushing through and it floods the neighbors property.   I look at it when it rains hard to make sure that is not a problem.
