									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you tried storing them in distilled vinegar?  My uncle used to preserve them that way.  The vinegar also kills/prevents mold from developing.  I never ate then since I was too young at the time.  I&#8217;m told the peppers don&#8217;t absorb the vinegar. You need to slit the pepper to let the vinegar seep inside.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tennessee heat and humidity have to be better than the same in Alabama and far less often. I spent a week near Mobile twice, 95+ heat, 80%+ humidity. Both times were in the summer, and it was brutal.  As soon as you stepped outside the sweat bloomed. We get the heat and humidity, but nothing like Alabama.  Tennessee is far more moderate.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just got back from 4 days at Cape Cod on the Massachusetts coast.  All 19 of us. After 4 days, beat, we had to drive 7 hours through weekend traffic to get home. Slept 10 hours and I&#8217;m still beat today.  It was a great place for kids on the beach.  Plenty of room for baseball and good fishing from the beach and the canal in the back of the hotel.</p>

Her eyesight really deteriorated over the past year so it&#8217;s become a must do. It&#8217;s laser surgery then a lens implant for both eyes.  Great, not covered by Medicare or my secondary. Medicare will fund a pair of $100 sunglasses. We had been thinking about the Charleston SC area and were considering renting a small apartment for a year to see if we would like it. I&#8217;ve been to Glacier, Yellowstone, Snake River Canyon and the Tetons.  The wife hasn&#8217;t seen any of them so we&#8217;ve (I&#8217;ve) talked about doing an RV tour.  She&#8217;s not too keen on the RV.</p>
